We offer professional delivery and setup services for all of our event signage and props. Our white glove service ensures that your beautiful signage or prop will be delivered safely and securely to your event location and set up exactly where you want it. We also provide breakdown services after the event to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Do you offer custom orders?Most of the work we do is custom! We also have several templatized product lines of signage and decor. Contact us to chat more!

Do you offer rentals?Yes, we do offer the option for renting signage & decor depending on the request! Please contact us for more details.

What is your lead time?Our lead time for each order is approximately 4 weeks. For more elaborate custom requests, the lead time could be longer.

I'm in a rush. Can you expedite the order?We understand that event planning can be a lot and we're happy to accommodate a shorter timeline, depending on the requirements of the project. Rush order fees will apply.

Do you offer delivery?Yes, we do offer delivery to the New England area for a premium, dependent on distance! For rentals, there will be a charge for both delivery and pick-up.

Can I pick-up the decor and signage myself?Of course! If you would prefer to pick-up the decor and signage yourself, there is no extra charge! For rentals, there will be a refundable security & incidental charge. Once the item(s) are returned back to us, this amount would be refunded.

Do you offer shipping?Most of our items are too large to ship safely and without damage. Some of our smaller decor items may be able to be shipped.
